• Study the present condition of plant and machinery.
• Assessment of the present condition of the Plant infrastructure.
• Study of the existing limestone mines.
• Study the status of Pollution, Environment and Reserve Forest with respect to the Plant & Mines.
• Possibility of balancing the plant and machinery in different unit operations for optimizing the production levels.
• Study the requirement of additional equipment / machinery to meet the increased production.
• Cost of production before & after up-gradation.
• Submission of report for the plant covering all the above aspects and giving recommendation.
• Study the present condition of the plant and machinery and suggest whether any long term or short term modernization / modifications or any major maintenance work is required to optimize the production of clinker / cement.
• Check for any short coming or deficiencies in the Clinker / Cement sections, which are either inherent or not practically possible to rectify and highlight the consequence of the same.
• Study of the existing limestone mines to assess the availability of balance limestone reserves & run of mine quality.
• Study on status of Pollution, Environment and Reserve Forest.
• Assess the plant and machinery and evaluate the costs with respect to today’s value / cost.
• Study the Plant in operation from Mining Operation to Crusher and Crusher to Packing Plant, including loading / dispatches by Trucks, Railways etc.
• Study the present level of power consumption, fuel consumption, capacity utilization and other efficiency parameters.
• Submission of report for the plant covering all the above aspects and giving recommendation.
