1. ERCOM shall study the schedule of supply of Main Plant, Machinery and Equipment to prepare an overall bar chart for the project indicating the broad activities and their duration.

2. Bar charts are prepared for each Process / Department and Services / Utilities wise, broken down into broad activities with the duration using MS-Project or any other methodology as mutually agreed.

3. The project activities are planned department-wise. This covers all the stages of the project from procurement of the equipment, engineering including civil, mechanical & electrical design, construction, site fabrication, erection & commissioning of the project.

4. ERCOM shall closely monitor the project activities and prepare the Monthly Progress Report ascertaining the activities achieved / yet to be achieved, appraises the management of what has been achieved and about the bottlenecks if any to take the remedial actions well in time.

5. ERCOM team shall attend regular Progress Meetings and advises proper action needed for the timely completion of the project.
