1. Review of the present plant maintenance system.

2. Assist plant team in updation of section wise checks pertaining to cleaning, safety, safe access to inspection and maintenance points and housekeeping, plant process.

3. Assist plant team in updation of section wise inspection check list covering inspection route, frequency and values of parameters being checked / measured. This shall cover each and every equipment of plant.

4. Assist in preparation of inspection check schedule for sectional in-charges and HOD for critical / core equipment.

5. Assist plant team to evolve a system for performance evaluation of inspection, condition monitoring and planned maintenance, percentage slippage.

6. Assist plant team to identify core equipment for sectional in-charges / HOD’s so that on continuous basis they are able to retrieve history sheet and behavior trend screens for important parameters every month from the maintenance software and validate the same for its completeness and correctness at least for core equipment, the data of which is being shared among plant for decision making.

7. Submission of report for the plant covering all the above aspects.
